Kendall and Makenzie did a great job!! They were friendly, kind, lovely people. Kendall arrived first and I was so nervous being my first cleaning ever, and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The first clean is a deeper clean and then after that we signed up for monthly regular cleanings. I was so happy to walk back inside to a clean home and it has made the other tasks I need to accomplish so much easier.

I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding moving-out cleaning service Jenna and Kendall provided in both quality and customer service. They were miracle-workers! We were under a tight 4-hour time crunch as the house was filthy and needed deep cleaning before the photographer was to arrive to take pictures for the listing. Jenna and Kendall went above and beyond by travelling in the early morning sleet to get to the house early and had the place shiny clean by the time the photographer arrived.

This cleaning crew was fantastic! I gifted my son a deep clean for the new house he bought so it would be move in ready for him. They cleaned out all of the drawers, cabinets, and closets throughout the house. All of the floors and bathrooms were cleaned too. Highly recommend this cleaning crew!!

HOW CAN WE HELP?

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as an Arbor Trail Cleaning certified cleaner.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

What is your 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.
